Cable construction

1. Copper conductor wire: Solid annealed copper wires, diameter: 1,1 mm

2. Insulation: Polyethylene

Laying up: Twisted pairs are helically stranded in layers.

3. Water Protection: Swellabe yarns and tapes

4. Wrapping: Non-hygroscopic tape(s) helically laid with an overlap

5. Screen:  One side copolymer coated Aluminum foil (Alu thick. 0.15 / Copolymer Thick. 0.05 mm) bonded to the Inner sheath with min. %10 overlap. 0.5 mm2 (7/0,3 mm) tinned copper wire shall be longitudinally contact to metal side of tape as drain wire

6. Inner sheath: LSZH

7. Outer Screen: Aliminium round wire 1,6 mm

8. Wrapping: Two layer of polyester tape(s) helically laid with an overlap

9. Armour: Two galvanised steel tapes of nom. 0.3 mm thickness helically laid over the inner sheath

10. Outer sheath : LSZH
