QUALITY POLICY

Nexans Turkey aims to maintain its leadership in the cable sector throughout the country and the world and to increase its effectiveness in all markets in the coming years.

For this purpose,

1. It provides the quality requirements set in the ISO 9001 standard and constantly reviews its compliance. It determines the resources for compliance with nuclear safety requirements and implements the actions determined for the product and process.

2. Trains its employees to do their jobs correctly,

3. Follows and applies advanced technologies to provide quality products to its customers,

4. Develops good relations with suppliers and provides the necessary support in line with their needs,

5. Supports teamwork with the principle that human is the basis of development and change,

6. Adopts the main principle of providing customer happiness,

7. Delivers customer demands in desired quantities, on time, and at desired locations,

8. Pays attention to the prevention and elimination of nonconformities,

9. Ensures the dissemination of the quality policy to all employees and measures its effectiveness with internal audits,

10. Complies with all legal and international laws, regulations, and directives,

Getting its strength from its customers and employees, NEXANS TURKEY sets annual targets to achieve these goals, measures them, and continuously improves the effectiveness of the quality system with these targets.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE NATURAL BALANCE;

1. Complying with national environmental laws, regulations, and relevant legislation,

2. By giving priority to the integration of the environment and economy with the understanding of sustainable development, by selecting and reviewing the appropriate targets,

3. By producing our cables with environmentally friendly technology and inputs, using our natural resources effectively,

4. By planning, measuring, generating, and analyzing data, researching, and monitoring in order to minimize our wastes and ensure their recovery and reuse,

5. By keeping it open to all employees, the stakeholders we interact with, and the public to be announced and examined through communication channels,

6. By performing periodic reviews, training those concerned, and corrective actions,

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Nexans Turkey has prioritized the health and safety of its employees based on the concept of human being.

For this purpose,

1. By complying with all national and international legislation and other conditions related to occupational health and safety issues,

2. By setting, monitoring, and developing goals and objectives for a behavior-oriented Occupational Health and Safety culture,

3. By evaluating and eliminating all hazards and risks related to our activities, and/or taking measures to minimize them, ensuring their continuity and preventing work-related injuries and health deterioration,

4. Ensuring active and open communication of all our employees and developing a culture of safety through responsible and leadership-based participation,

5. By ensuring that all employees have a strong OHS awareness through trainings and awareness activities,

6. Informing all employees and subcontractors on occupational health and safety issues; By taking into account the needs and expectations of the relevant parties, ensuring that the subcontractors, suppliers, and subcontractors act in accordance with this policy and towards loss-free work,

7. By planning health activities and creating healthy working conditions,

8. Carrying out periodic reviews and corrective actions,

9. By ensuring that the occupational health and safety policy is disseminated to all employees and by measuring its effectiveness with internal audits,
